Experience and Qualifications:
Dick is a licensed architect with 40 years of experience. During that time he has been Principal-in-Charge of public, governmental, manufacturing, commercial, religious, and private projects. He will be in charge of project coordination. He founded RLJA in 1981 (26 years).

Dick has become experienced in all phases of architecture. Dick gives the time necessary to develop continuing relationships with our clients. Client representatives have been impressed with his skill and efforts of personal attention to their needs; they are particularly pleased with his ability to assimilate diverse program needs into a cohesive design solution that responds functionally and aesthetically to their needs and concerns. His designs have earned the firm 13 awards since 1989. Dick is involved in all the educational projects at RLJA.

Dick is currently working with the Winnebago County Housing Authority and Boone County Administration on Needs Assessment/Facility Studies. He is also working with the Carroll County Good Samaritan Center on Remodeling, a New Senior Center for Rock River Center in Oregon, a New Hospice for Ogle County and a new bank for Alpine Bank. In education he is working on Facility/Enrollment studies for Hononegah, Meridian, Durant, IA, Rockridge and Winnebago School Districts.
