Experience and Qualifications:
During Scott’s tenure as a Project Manager, he has completed 16 major building projects as well as other design services for more than a dozen clients. His efficiency as a manager allows him to excel at coordinating consultants and project team members as well as creating CAD construction documents. He is also our firm's Life Safety Specialist and works on all Life Safety and ADA projects including 10-Year Life Safety Reports for entire school districts. Scott has been with RLJA for 13 years.

Some of Scott’s projects that received design awards were: Additions and Remodeling to Hononegah High School that received an award at the 2004 IASB show in Chicago; Additions and Remodeling to Centennial Elementary that received an award at the 2001 IASB show; the New Meehan Elementary that won an award at the 1996 IASB show and one in 1997 from the AIA; and the $20M Kishwaukee Community College Addition and Remodeling completed in 2002 that won an Honor Award from the Northern Illinois Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

Scott is currently working on a new addition to Eastland High School that is in the design phase and a new Elementary Building for the Jefferson/ Etnyre Complex for the Oregon School District that is in the planning phase.
