Experience and Qualifications:
Walt Szymanski joined the Richard L. Johnson Associates team in October 2003. Walt has over 36 years of experience and has worked as the project manager for many project types including extensive healthcare experience, private enterprise, educational, religious, public safety, housing and retirement living and park district projects.

Walt manages your job from conceptual design through substantial completion/punch list and occupancy approvals. He also supervises contractor schedules, costs, quality and verifies the completeness of work for approval of payments. Other responsibilities include making weekly site visits, attending all job meetings, and reviewing all shop drawings. Walt also does all the necessary CAD work for many of the projects that he is involved in.
