This addition and remodeling project to the Junior/Senior High School was the end result of a Space Needs Study completed for the District. Construction of a 28,000 square foot addition and remodeling to the existing 7-12 high school will increase its capacity and expand special use areas.

The new addition houses 4 new classrooms, a science room, two special ed classrooms and a computer lab. New special use areas include a new Cafeteria/Kitchen area that is nearly triple the size of the old area, and the new Media Center is double the size of the previous library and includes an A/V Technology Lab and adjoins the computer lab. Remodeling to other areas encompasses three classrooms, administration offices, the gym floor and stage, and enlarging the lockerrooms.
