Roosevelt Community Education Center

Completely renovated 150,000 sf of this 3-story, 1923 building after it had been vacated for 12 years. Work highlights include: window replacement, stone panel cleaning and repair, light fixture replacement, complete tuckpointing, elevator installation, door hardware replacement, tactile/Braille signage system installation, and new stair tower addition.
Baltic Mill Historical Complex

Completed renovation and restoration of original 1845 mill and recovered turbine for educational and historical display. Completed a 2,800-sf, 2-level annex addition containing public meeting rooms and restrooms, and an elevator that serves the restored mill and annex to make the entire facility handicapped accessible. Completed an outdoor amphitheater to complement the restored facility and augment its educational features. All work was coordinated to coexist with the mill race restoration, a separate Park District project.
